Schengen Visa 

A Schengen visa is valid for countries in the European bloc that are members of the Schengen Agreement. It is suitable for tourists traveling to multiple European countries in one trip. You can apply for a single-entry or multiple-entry visa, but the total time spent in Europe must not exceed 90 days within a 6-month period, starting from the first day of entry into a Schengen country.
Obtaining a Schengen visa saves tourists the time of applying for visas to each country they plan to visit. With just a Schengen visa, you can enter all member countries. You must apply for the Schengen visa at the embassy of the country that is your first country of arrival in Europe. (For example, if you are traveling to Italy - Switzerland - France, the country that will issue the Schengen Visa is Italy.)
